This day was a practice run in anticipation of the return of regular F Market streetcar service on May 15. While I missed car 578(S), I did photograph boat car 228 and fifteen single end PCCs at multiple locations, primarily at Market and Powell Sts. Also look for streetcars at Market and Stockton, Embarcadero and Washington, and Embarcadero and Kearny.

I also stopped by the Hyde and the Powell cable car turntables. The former featured car 15, still wearing its springtime decorations. At the latter, car 24 was decorated to honor the 90th birthday of baseball legend Willie Mays.

There are plenty of Muni New Flyer trolley and hybrid coaches. I've also added some Marin Airporter buses, Golden Gate Ferry, San Francisco Bay Ferry, Golden Gate Transit, SolTrans, and SamTrans.

With this quantity of pictures, you wouldn't necessarily think a pandemic was going on. Classic mystery trip photography!
