First day of the Municipal Railway's Heritage Weekend began with the first revenue passenger operation
of Sacramento-Clay "Big 19," which had not operated in service for 77 years. The car, which was fixed up
nicely by cable car division personnel, went out Hyde St. to Aquatic Park, looped Washington and Jackson,
and continued on Hyde to California, west to Van Ness Ave. and east to Drumm St. O'Farrell Hyde Jones 42
was also out on the California line.
I've also got historic streetcars, trolley coaches, and motor coaches in pictures.
Included: Melbourne car 496, Brussels/Zurich 737, San Francisco 578, Blackpool 233, Marmon 776,
Flyer 5300, White 042, Mack 2230, and GMC 3287.
Nikon D3400, Fujifilm FinePix XP140, and LG Q7+ yielded 846 photos with a cropped version added.
