ABOUT THE JITNEYS:
Jesus "Jess" Losa is the driver of an older cutaway bus that operates between the Caltrain station (meeting selected trains)
and Market Street along the Third and Fourth Street corridors. The current Muni fare is charged, with a trip taking much faster
than regular bus and trolley coach service. This is the last of its kind of service; there used to be jitneys along Mission Street
into the 1970s and more jitneys going to Caltrain in the 1980s. Photos from 2007-2012 reflect Mr. Losa's service.
